How to shop online store "TANI"?

To shop the online store, first you must be registered user.Please, make sure that all data submitted is correct to not become misunderstandings. Once when we received your request we will process and send fast as possible your order. Items that you have ordered will be delivered to the address by courier within 5 work days. Accordingly, after shipping you'll receive a new e-mail confirmation on that it was sent to you.

Payment

1. Cash - cash payments to the representative of the courier company at the time of receipt of goods.The ammount you must pay is based on the value of the purchase fee for the cash which is determined by the courier.

2. Payment via ePay.bg

3. Payment on the spot in the company's office.

Registration

To place an order through our online store you must first sign up - it can do in the Registration button on the menu.

Order

When you're ready to buy the desired goods from our catalog, from rhe pages of the items, you can click Buy now and so add them to your virtual shopping cart. From there you can continue shopping by clicking Back to the shop. If you want to delete the specified item from your basket, click Delete button.

Purchase

To finalize your order and send it to us for processing, please press your Order. Then check your details and delivery address and press Submit Order. The system allows entering multiple addresses so note which address is at your order. The system will require registration if you're not our registered user. Our representative will contact with you by e-mail to confirm the details of delivery.

A refusal of goods

In the event that the resulting product does not meet your expectations, we'll accept it back under the following conditions:

Be returned within 7 days ; Coast of the return are for your account ; If the product  is in the form in which you received it, with labels attached to it.
